Analysis of Significance of Hysteroscopy in the Diagnosis and Treatment of Female Infertility

Abstract:Objective To explore and analyze the clinical significance of hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility. Methods The clinical and case data of 76 cases of patients with female infertility treated with hysteroscopy in our hospital were retrospectively analyzed, and the types of infertility in the diagnosis results were observed. The diagnosis results by hysteroscopy were compared with the postoperative pathological diagnosis results, and the differences between the two were counted. The patients were given 1-year-following-up, and the pregnancy success rate was counted. Results There were 6 cases of patients with fallopian tube jam in the hysteroscopy, and there were no significant differences in the diagnosis results by hysteroscopy and the postoperative pathological diagnosis(P>0.05), the incidence rates in endometritis, endometrial polyps, submucousmyoma of uterus, uterine mediastinum were respectively 84.00%, 92.00%, 92.31%, 90.91%. A total of 42 cases of pregnancy success, of which the rate was 55.26%. Conclusion Hysteroscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of female infertility were higher.
