Application of Color Doppler Transvaginal Ultrasound in Female Pelvic Disease Screening

Abstract:Objective To discuss the value of color Doppler transvaginal ultrasound in female pelvic disease screening. Methods 50 patients were by menstrual operation or pathological examination results confirmed that they had female pelvic diseases in our hospital from in our hospital were selected, they were given Color Doppler transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography examinations. The diagnostic accuracy rate of two examination modes were compared. Results Color Doppler transvaginal ultrasound and transabdominal color Doppler ultrasonography examinations diagnosis conformity rates were respectively 94.0%, 72.0%, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound can be closer to the pelvic organs such as direct examination, better resolution of the lesions, with no radiation damage, low cost, simple operation and other medical advantages, is worthy of promotion.
