Analysis of Application Value and Effectiveness of Basin Reconstruction in the Treatment of Female Pelvic Floor Dysfunction

Abstract:Objective To analyze the application value and effectiveness of basin reconstruction in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction. Methods 80 cases of female pelvic floor dysfunction patients who were treated in Obstetrics and Gynecology of our hospital from January 2013 to September 2014 were selected by random sampling method, they were divided into study group(n = 40) and control group(n = 40) according to the treatment methods. The control group were given traditional surgical treatment, while the study group were given pelvic floor reconstruction treatment. Results The operative time, indwelling catheter time and hospital stay of the study group were significantly shorter, the blood loss was significantly less, the cure rate after 12 months was significantly higher, the recurrence rate was significantly lower, the PFDI-20 scores after 1,6,12 months were significantly lower than the control group. Conclusion Basin reconstruction has higher value in the treatment of female pelvic floor dysfunction, the effect is significant.
