Abstract:Objective To investigate the risk factor features and incidence condition of female angiocardiopathy in the perimenopausal period and research the effect of changes of estrogen level on the angiocardiopathy thus providing reference for the prevention and treatment of angiocardiopathy in clinic. Methods 725 cases of females in the peri-menopausal period in clinic in our hospital from January 2014 to May 2016 were selected and divided into three groups, 314 cases in the premenopause, 167 cases in the menopausal transition and 244 cases in the postmenopause, and the BMI, blood pressure and waist-to-hipratio changes of various groups were compared, and the distribution of angiocardiopathy risk factors and morbidity rate of angiocardiopathy were compared. Results The differences in BMI and waist-to-hipratio between groups had no statistical significance(P>0. 05), and the difference in blood pressure had statistical significance, with the gradual menolipsis of female, the risk factors and morbidity rate of angiocardiopathy gradually increased, and the differences between groups had statistical significance(P<0. 05). Conclusion Estrogenic hormone has a certain protection effect on the cardiovascular, and with the change of female menstruation, the level of estrogen in the body decreases, and the occurrence probability of angiocardiopathy also increases, and paying attention to the prevention of female angiocardiopathy in the peri-menopausal period can reduce the incidence rate of population with angiocardiopathy.
