Xinhua Broadcasting Station in Yan'an During the War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression
Journal of China Women’s University 2015-5
Abstract：Yan'an Xinhua broadcasting station was built during the Chinese People's War of Resistance against Japanese Aggression, starting both the broadcasting cause of the Communist Party of China and the miracle of radio transmission. During this time, women contributed much to building the station and subsequent operation. This had important significance in spreading the CPC's anti-Japanese policies, showing Kuomintang's passive actions in resistance against the Japanese aggression, establishing an united front in the war, as well as setting up a basis for broadcasting and enriching people's cultural lives.
