Abstract:Currently, female employment discrimination and its adverse influence still exist, so it is necessary to further explore the coping strategies from the concept, legislation, construction of specific institutions for it, labor standards law, legal liability, law enforcement and improvement social insurance system, so as to eliminate female employment discrimination and support the realization of law-based governance of China.
