On Relationship of Self-cognition and Job Satisfaction in Female Civil Servants at Grass-root Level of Tianjin Municipality

Abstract：It is of significance knowing the relationship between self-cognition and job satisfaction so as to improve their psychological quality and job satisfaction. An experiment has been done by using 101 female civil servants in Xiqing District, Tianjin City, Tianjin Municipality, as the subjects, and they were tested from three dimensions: self-cognition, job environment and career weariness. The experiment results show that there is a positive relationship among job satisfaction, self-cognition, job environment and career weariness. In detail, the job environment has a direct relation to their job satisfaction, and career weariness acts as a bridge between self-recognition and job satisfaction.
